Mediation Training and Experience

Following over 100 hours of Basic and Advanced Mediator Training provided by ADRA, The John Paul Jones Group, BASF and the U. S. District Court, I continuously receive advanced mediation training and education provided by the U. S. District Court, BASF, ACBA, CCCBA and The Mediation Society.


Includes over 400 completed cases handled privately, or through the Panels of the Alameda County, Contra Costa County, and San Francisco County Superior Courts, the Alameda County Bar Association, the BASF Mediation Services, and the U.S. District Court (Northern District), in the following practice areas: Probate, Personal Injury, Insurance Coverage, Landlord/Tenant (Commercial & Residential), Real Estate (Contracts), Commercial Litigation, Debtor-Creditor Regulation, Government Tort Claims.
